Tony Grimes for Irving City Council, Place 1
Tony Grimes is a successful small business owner and 30-year Irving resident who has consistently put others before himself. He donated more than 150 bicycles for local kids and organized community events to help others draft trusts and wills, write grants, and teach how to succeed as an entrepreneur. Tony was a key part of launching the “Law Enforcement and You” workshop, now operated by the police to build mutual trust with the community. Grimes served on the Irving Police Department Advisory Training Board and helped with the hiring process of both Chief Spivey and Chief Miller. Tony served as an Irving ISD Board Member and mentor.
Priscilla Vigliante Irving City Council, Place 7
Priscilla Vigliante is a strong advocate for putting our neighborhoods first. Priscilla led the Historic Hospital District Neighborhood Association and became its president. During her tenure, she worked to maintain the area’s reputation for low crime. In 2023, Priscilla was
sworn in as an Irving Planning and Zoning Commissioner.


David Pfaff for Irving City Council, Place 2
David Pfaff was born and raised in Irving. He is a past Chairman of the Irving Chamber of Commerce, where he worked to bring excellent new jobs and businesses to Irving. David co-founded the Irving Kids Charity Golf Tournament, which raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for local schools and hospitals.
